Prevention-Focused Education
 

Tvunot’s education department aims to raise awareness throughout the English-speaking community, highlighting the topics most relevant for today’s parents. Our specialized workshops and presentations teach parents, rabbanim, school administrators and teaching staff about how to be vigilant about personal safety for children and how to respond to possible abuse.

Professional Assesments and Referrals

Crisis Support Center
 

Reeling from shock and desperate for immediate guidance, families in crisis need support and real assistance. Many of Tvunot’s recipient families find themselves far from everything familiar and without the necessary support system, and as such, they feel hopelessly alone.

Tvunot’s Crisis Support Center gives every family in the religious community a place to turn to when crisis strikes. Tvunot offers family assistance and relief, interfacing with schools, social services, governmental bodies and law enforcement agencies when necessary. Tvunot’s network of specialists and resources spans the country. Case management is completely confidential and encourages families to be in constant touch. The professional staff at Tvunot specializes in trauma, is readily available, and genuinely cares for each family within their care.
